At Boardstore, we want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help—just note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect selections. Instead, we provide store credit or exchanges to make things right.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you've ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind, we're happy to offer:
An exchange for another item (subject to availability)
A store credit valid for use in-store or online
We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Used wax
Sale items (unless faulty)
Custom or special orders
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@surfboardstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can assess and help.
Important for Surfboards:
If you believe your board has a manufacturing defect, it must be returned in original condition.
This means:
No wax applied
No grip pad attached
No modifications or accessories added
Boards that have been waxed or used cannot be returned for assessment or exchange, even if a defect is present.
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the return. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the credit will go to them.
